This Spring, NBA has welcomed four new tutors to our family – Amanda Hineline, Melissa Taft, Allison Holbrook, and Riley Keys. Amanda came to us with a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education from Central Washington University. She has previous experience working with adults and children with special needs in a variety of settings. Melissa earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Washington State University and has previous experience working as a nanny and as a caregiver for elderly. Allison is currently attending the University of Washington and majoring in Psychology. She has previous experience working as a peer mentor in High School. Riley began with NBA as an intern, and was hired as a tutor, after completing his Associates Degree in Social and Human Services from Lake Washington Institute of Technology. Riley obtained a lot of experience at NBA as an intern, shadowing Program Managers in one-on-one and group therapy. In addition, he has previous experience as an educational tutor and caregiver. We are very excited to have Amanda, Melissa, Allison, and Riley on our team at NBA!
