Happy New Year! We are so excited to be back in the swing of things with winter quarter up and running! In addition, to continuing our previously established programs, we have added some fun new options including: Book Club and Game Club. We have also continued to work on expanding our CBI space to include increased vocational and functional living spaces for learners to access, and practice skills.
We have temporarily taken a weather break from hiking and biking, but they’ll be back this spring. In addition, we are already looking forward to Spring Run Club where we get the opportunity to work up to participating in and supporting local community runs.
“A Day in the Life” half and full day programs continue to be our highest enrolled in programs. We enjoy the comprehensiveness of the program and getting to focus with our learners on how to successfully plan their own time, in terms of both responsibility and leisure.
Please look for spring registration forms in mid-March, for programs beginning in April. If you do not see a program that fits your need, please don’t hesitate to let me know your area of interest!
Thank you so much for all of your continued support! It continues to be an amazing experience to get to see all of the students becoming more independent in their homes and in the community.
We are excited for the opportunity to continue building a strong comprehensive program to teach our learners how to successfully access their community!
Thank you so much!
