Northwest Behavioral Associates (NBA) has open positions for full-time Program Managers as well as part-time Program Supervisors. Applicants for both positions must hold a current BCBA certification and be WA State LBA eligible, if not already licensed. NBA Program Managers provide direct intervention to learners of all ages, as well as provide training and supervision to CBTs. Program Managers are responsible for completing intake and assessment procedures, developing and evaluating individualized programs, materials, and data collection systems for their learners, writing and submitting insurance treatment plans, and are expected to be involved with the IEP process for all students on their caseload.
Program Supervisors must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a BCBA, have had experience supervising other BCBAs as well as direct supervision of CBTs, and have completed the BACB’s Supervisor Training. In addition to the Program Manager description above, Program Supervisors must also have experience working across multiple school districts as well as working directly with insurance companies around treatment plans and contracts. Program Supervisor hours are most needed after 3 pm daily; this position can be combined with a Program Manager position.

We offer competitive pay, full benefits, including 401k contributions, paid time off, annual bonus incentive potential, paid professional development, manageable caseloads, and flexible scheduling.
