On Sunday April 23rd, Team NBA unveiled its new marketing swag (tablecloth, table-runner and two-sided pop-up banner) at the All In for Autism Walk/Run 5-10K put on by the Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club. Rotarians gathered in the downtown Bellevue streets, close to Bellevue Square, and offered music, food and drinks, as well as a Kids Dash, and informational booths to over 1500 walkers and runners. Zach Scott, Mr. Sounder, Dennis Bounds and the Mayor of Bellevue, John Stokes, were there to MC our event, and kick-off the newly signed proclamation that April is now officially Autism Awareness Month, in the City of Bellevue.
Remember that the Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club (BBRC) is committed to raise awareness for autism and other related disorders. The event is put on the show support for the parents and/or caregivers, affected by this growing neurological condition, and to thank those in our community who work to provide support and success to these individuals, in the hopes of expanding the circle of care.
It was moving and empowering to see people from all walks of life come together in the spirit of awareness and advocacy, for such a strong event and cause, no matter what the weather was like! Hope you get to enjoy the photos from this event which are posted on our Facebook pages. We are dedicated individuals come rain, clouds or shine!
